I love the ft that it prs on regular hits, whh is great for guaranteeing a powerful rupture off the pop. However you do lose a lot of statrit rating for resiliee (useless in PvE). I am still undided if I want to drop theash on it. And byash I mean marks of honor.

Considering the amount that rogues (should be)ritting, it doesn't seem like a huge differee if the prs are on a hiddenooldown anyways.
Toonfirm, the mirror and the anvil do not stk. they are ne to have together though, as if they pr one after the other its a ne long buff you get.
I have a lvl 49 Rogue and have been neglting the lkpking skill a bit.. I have rehed 170 in LP skill, but now everything (lkers and boxes) that are under 175 have turned grey.
