If you are having trouble installing or patching the game it is important to bear in mind that you must be logged into the computer with Administrator Access in order to install or patch World of Warcraft. If you are installing or patching on an Administrator account and are having troubles or getting an error message, there are a number of possible causes. Our FAQ pages have a number of guides that can assist you with installing or patching World of Warcraft or The Burning Crusade here: you receive an error during installation, this can most often be resolved by running the installation from the Hard Disk. To do this you must manually copy the contents of your installation CDs into a Folder on your computer: 1) Make a new folder on your desktop and call it WoWCDs 2) insert the first World of Warcraft CD and if the Installer loads automatically exit it. 3) Open the contents of the CD:
